We’re excited to welcome our first cohort of talented music students as part of the Ronald Corp Choral Scholarship Programme.
Sophie Benfield (soprano), Eva Hutchins (alto), Naveen Kanamarlapudi (tenor) and Eoin Jenkins (bass) will join the singers of The London Chorus from 8 September for our 2026/27 Season.
Our late musical director Ronald Corp OBE was a tireless champion of young singers — nurturing talent, creating opportunities and opening doors to the professional choral world. We look forward to working with our scholars to continue his legacy. Biographies for each of the scholars can be viewed here.
Our first concert with the scholars will be Bach’s Christmas Oratorio on 18 November 2026 in Southwark Cathedral.
